Bank of China uses Proofpoint to block incoming spam and viruses, prevent exposure of private information and encrypt sensitive outbound emails to achieve compliance with data privacy regulations including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA).

In selecting a new email security solution, Bank of China’s top priorities were improving anti-spam and anti-virus performance while also ensuring the security and privacy of customer financial data.
